Ladd Engineering Associates, Inc. (LEA) is a readily recognized name throughout the Southeast, noted primarily for its experience, knowledge and capabilities in the telecommunications industry. LEA offers comprehensive engineering services in all facets of telecommunications including video, high speed data and VOIP. LEA’s services are offered to privately owned Telco’s, cooperative owned Telco’s, private industry, municipalities and others as the need dictates.

LEA’s philosophy revolves around technical expertise, with the realization, that the overall value of services depends also upon the timely and efficient delivery of the client’s project. In addition, LEA strives to become an integral part of the client’s staff, providing them with logical and responsible engineering decisions and recommendations.
